Transformers stem from Dubai

By 2007, Dubai International Airport will have the ability to cater for nearly 60 million passengers a year; its present capacity is 22 million. That's why im enchanted by Dubai, and their government, and its industrial people.

The new expansion programme of the Dubai International Airport (Phase 2) includes the construction of Terminal 3, concourse 2 and concourse 3, and a Mega Cargo Terminal. Bang up, through this news i have to tinker my punk bangs, and sketch
words in my daybook: "there is more than meets the eye".

Oh yes, you guessed right, it was from the legendary Transformers movie, i saw it, it made me agape, it was as gripping as a gorgeously hot girl, like Eva Mendez. But, truce to jesting, but it wasn't jesting,
in my opinion, Optimus Prime's words are in accordance with Dubai.

Dubai's Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) instigated the phase two expansion program of Dubai International Airport in June 2002. Costing an estimated AED9.25 billion, it will include the construction of Terminal 3, concourse 2 and concourse 3, a new VIP pavilion for the Dubai Royal 'Wing', a car park and also a Mega Cargo Terminal addition to the cargo village.

The expansion program has been divided into five major projects. The first is the expansion of passenger facilities, including Terminal 3, concourse 2 and concourse 3. The second project incorporates the expansion of cargo facilities, including the Mega Terminal, and the third is the expansion of airfield infrastructure, such as new aprons, taxiways, roads, tunnels and runway extensions.
