The longest one is 400 meter, and it can be used by 1500 people in the same time.

There are a lot of speciel designed skilifts. The inside sentiment can be comparabled

At least, the green beats...

By the end of 2008 - Dubai will be "green", Majesty Shaikh Mohammad
Bin Rashid Al Maktoum said in a statement.

By the "green" He meant that all of buildings placed in Dubai will have to
equip with environmental-friendly stuffs, including their design.

The government supports all of technologies which are based on solar
energy. Great steps to reach effective performance in the field of
searching alternative energy resources.

They set up an organization: Emirates Green Building Council, which is
in charge of supporting the green technology.

The Council's major aim is to support those "green-house" real-estates,
which are economically and energy-frugally designed. An other objective
is to popularize this technologies, and lifestyle.

Due to the fact that - beside HongKong and Singapure - Dubai is the biggest
user of drinking-water, and energy this sentiment is the central question
among the others. The level of mentioned thing using is increasing year on year.

Hungarian, Alaskans, Chinese, Americans, English: please consider this,
if we can dream a better world, we can do it.

Transformers stem from Dubai

By 2007, Dubai International Airport will have the ability to cater for nearly 60 million passengers a year; its present capacity is 22 million. That's why im enchanted by Dubai, and their government, and its industrial people.

The new expansion programme of the Dubai International Airport (Phase 2) includes the construction of Terminal 3, concourse 2 and concourse 3, and a Mega Cargo Terminal. Bang up, through this news i have to tinker my punk bangs, and sketch
words in my daybook: "there is more than meets the eye".

Oh yes, you guessed right, it was from the legendary Transformers movie, i saw it, it made me agape, it was as gripping as a gorgeously hot girl, like Eva Mendez. But, truce to jesting, but it wasn't jesting,
in my opinion, Optimus Prime's words are in accordance with Dubai.

Dubai's Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) instigated the phase two expansion program of Dubai International Airport in June 2002. Costing an estimated AED9.25 billion, it will include the construction of Terminal 3, concourse 2 and concourse 3, a new VIP pavilion for the Dubai Royal 'Wing', a car park and also a Mega Cargo Terminal addition to the cargo village.

The expansion program has been divided into five major projects. The first is the expansion of passenger facilities, including Terminal 3, concourse 2 and concourse 3. The second project incorporates the expansion of cargo facilities, including the Mega Terminal, and the third is the expansion of airfield infrastructure, such as new aprons, taxiways, roads, tunnels and runway extensions.

Traditions based on East Culture

The 700-thousands of Emirate's inhabitants are religious, they are committed to the islam, chiefly to the sunnita, which is a part within the islam. Although, dubais are well knowing the west-culture and habits, we have to consider and envisige: we are on district of musulmans. Beside the official arabian language, the english is well-speeked, due to the numerous tourists, and employees, workers they arrived from another foreign country.

The local, and beduin racy courses are mixing with the range of national foods, which are kindly consumed by the local-living people.

There are some etic-rules, we have to consider them. The people of dubai doesn't like when they are photographed without any preliminary questions, and another rule refers to men came from abroad, they could make a handshake with women in only one case, if the women are the initiator. The consumption of alcohol is allowed, merely during the ramadan, as the matter fact during the st. mounth we could meet with restrictions, only at daytime.

Good to know, in this region the weekend takes place on Thursday and Friday.

Not merely Heaven, Tax Heaven too

There is a felicity expression in the business life:

Bank account in Swiss Banks, endowment in Liechtenstein, offshore firm in Ciprus, and last one but not least: holding centre in Dubai.

Recently Dubai became the most attractive tax heaven among the relatively developed country which are doing business at economy. In Dubai, we can not meet with neither private income tax, nor interest tax and partnership tax. Merely the banking sector and the oil industry are taxing in conformity with the special taxing rules.

Most of developed countries have a Double Taxation Prevention Agreement with Dubai, therefore in Dubai the tax paid income with zero percantage can be treated as tax paid income by another country.

There is a prevalent and favorite technic in the West, the corporations have subsidiaries in Dubai, in order to evade the taxation. These subsidiaries doing business at commercial and service sector, and certainly they remunerate the leadership.

However, this method is seemingly easy, this is trickler. Because everything has to have a registered version. In practice, it is unambiguously toughish, due to the administration.

Starwood's Hotel against in Dubai

The Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide is the hotel, which always scrutinizes its opportunities before branching into a new project: build the new on of its luxurious masterpieces.

In this particular case The Starwood made a decision, in the course of decision making process its management choosed the island of Dubai: The Palm. The Palm is expected to open its virtual gates in 2009. This planned new Hotel will be the second one in Dubai.

About the Palm – Briefly

In my opinion we do not have to talk about a lot of this Palm-enterprise, because the picture is very telling, therefor i suppose its entirely superfluos.

As you can see the picture, above, it will be enourmous, and will dazzle the tourists, and – without any reserves – the World. In practice, the decision is unambiguous, this step can lead to the dominate position in the hotel market.

The Palm Islands, also referred to as The Palm Dubai and The Palms, are the world's three largest man-made islands, which are being built on the coast of the emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The project is being handled by Al Nakheel Properties (Nakheel Corporation), which will increase Dubai's shoreline by 120km (72 miles) and create a large number of residential, leisure, and entertainment areas. The idea was first announced in May 2002 and the two manmade freehold artificial palm tree-shaped resort islands are expected to maintain Dubai's position as a premium tourist destination. The Palm Islands has also been named 8th'The Eighth Wonder of the World'.

The two Dubai islands, The Palm Jumeirah and The Palm Jebel Ali, will be built in the shape of date palm trees and consist of a trunk; a crown with 17 fronds; and a surrounding crescent island - the back of which forms the breakwater. Collectively, the island will support more than 60 luxury hotels, 4,000 exclusive residential villas (sale), 1,000 unique water homes (sale), 5,000 shoreline apartments (sale), marinas, water theme parks, restaurants, shopping malls, sports facilities, health spas, cinemas and various dive sites.

Its Development

The project took four years of methodical planning and exhaustive feasibility studies in Dubai, ensuring that the islands would not disrupt the environment. The first stage of the development of The Palm Islands, includes the construction of the land foundations, which involves sand transfer and rock placement. Following this, the next stage will involve the building of infrastructure and services, as well as the 300 meter (990 feet) bridges linking the islands to the mainland. The final stage consists of the construction of homes, townhouses, and apartments.

The Jumeirah Palm

The Jumeirah Palm island is primarily a retreat and residential area for living, relaxation, and leisure. It will contain themed boutique hotels, three types of villas (Signature Villas, Garden Homes, and Town Homes), and shoreline apartments. Construction began on this island in June 2001 and is expected to be completed by late 2005, early 2006
