Which MNC (Multinational Companies) does not exist in Dubai?

Title of this article is interesting, why? Because the really question is this. As far as i know i can't say any company which doesn't include some project in Dubai. Perhaps the waterpistol-manufactures... 'cause using watergun in the Desert is dangerous ;)

Lots of MNC means a lots of xmas and new year's eve party, with some special and breathtaking acts. For example: cooling the sand to make icy and snowy feeling.

Amazing huh? Can You imagine that in Dubai the golf players also have the opportunity to soaring in a well-estabilished way? I have to say, you must imagine.

Golf business in luxurious environment

Dubai received the Golf Destination of the Year award

for the Africa, Indian Ocean and Gulf States region, surpassing strong contenders from major golf destinations including Egypt, Morocco and South Africa at the gala ceremony last month.

Award organizers highlighted the excellent standard of service provided at the courses within Dubai.

Dubai is still relatively new to the golf market with eight courses currently open - and more under construction, while other countries in the nominated region dwarf Dubai in sheer size, most notably South Africa with over 80 golf courses among its current portfolio.

The Els Club, the Ernie Els-designed 18-hole links-style course located at Dubai Sports City, opened in early 2008, and has greatly contributed towards putting Dubai in the world golfing map, following the hugely positive responses from both local and international players.

At the IGTM event, The Els Club featured prominently in a key marquee location within the show, receiving an overwhelming level of interest from golf professionals across the world.

"The Els Club has played its part, together with partners, to promote Dubai as the world's premier golf destination. In addition, year-round temperate climate and luxury lifestyle options builds on the attraction of the UAE,"
said Thomas Rubi, General Manager Hospitality, Leisure & Golf, Dubai Sports City.

'We look to receive more golfers to take advantage of our course in the near future and continue to help build Dubai's position as one of the leading golf destinations in the world,' added Rubi.

The IAGTO Awards are the official annual awards for the golf tourism industry.

And if it's not enough, let we talk about parties, like the imminent events.

Dubai will be the Home to the most impressive and elegant beach party of the year, the Beach Gala Dinner is a superbly constructed and beautifully decorated Arabian Tent. Located on the shoreline, with dazzling views over the Gulf and towards Burj Al Arab, this will be Dubai's New Years Venue of choice.

Grandiose as always

The newest uniqually enterprise in Dubai has opened for the widen audience: Atlantis, The Palm.

I have never thought that people sometime want to go beneath the sea and being among stunning waterlife and soaking theirs bred with hungarian gulash's gravy. I can imagine when a Father of three make an order and while the waiter trying to meet the service-time he could see a ray just above his children's enchanted heads. Cool man.

It's just the poor oven, not so mentionable :)

Bath with fountains...think about man, it's more than a simple 1-million$-jacuzzi.

Financial Expectations and Exception

If We are exist with opened-eye and sometimes are trying to catch up some noble and relevant informations about the World surrounded us, We can find echoing comments on the full-blown crisis which stems from US sub-prime mortgage market. Its very clear it can effect the World's financial markets, banking sector, investors and so on. But in the case of its coverage, well, we can just calculate what among - vast volume or thin - will be its effect throughout World's countries.

By nowdays the crisis with its gloomy and oddly situation has been spread over U.S and European countries. As we all known, the crisis began with losses in the $1.3 trillion market for "subprime" mortgages, many of which were "securitized"—bundled into bonds and sold to investors. With all U.S. stocks and bonds worth about $50 trillion in 2007, the losses should have been manageable.

But, what about Dubai? People are working in such a psychology way. When problems are arised, they are about to look after theirs investments and financial managing processes in a bettet way. Globalisation provides the opportunity to people backing away from hot places where the risiko and variness are spiking to the skies. Under these speculative frenzy and volatile circumstances we can lead to the conclusion: Dubai not will be exception, the spill-over effect will reach its financial sectors. On the contrary, the recession-fear, and the fact of slowdown in europe and U.S property markets is going to boost, shore up dubai's markets, Yaqoob Al Zarouni, deputy chief executive officer of Dubai Properties, told Gulf News. He said slowdowns that have occurred in the rest of the worl have worked in Dubai's favour because 'investors are always looking for places where they can have high returns and the Dubai market fulfils that'.

In Dubai, the capital recovery is stilly in unflinching situation, which encourige investors to brace itselves up and watch after their opportunity in this market, moreover, due to high returns and Dubai's capital absorbing capability they firmly can believe in that the prosperity in Dubai will continue without rebukes in the near future too.

Coves will lift until 205 meter, and cars and tracks won't flounder on the road by traffic jamming and whatever, cause it will have 12 track, and another two subway-tracks will bedeck its grandious spectacular.

According to plans, the new Bridge will be able to manage 20 tousands of cars per hour, and the subways capacity will about 23 thousands of people. What a gorgeous inlet.

Gamers in Desert

I gather about another "tremendous" (in positive meaning) process in Dubai. It can be linked to the mentioned progressivitat, The Dubai Mall. As You see, there are a lot of events in Dubai, I have not to be a vigilant guy, who contemplate Dubai's developements second by second.

As We negotiated it, the Mall is a huge complex, which provides lots products for buyers who are about to make some shopping spree. The products range is very wide, we can find anything from the cheaper chines-copy traning shoes through the exclusive jewelries offering luxury goods.

But, according to the newest infos, the SEGA (Japan) and the Emaar Malls group made a common agreement to create an amusement theme park, "hell yeah? Yeah!" (James Hetfield, 2008, Rock am Ring:)

They have already branched into the building process, it will be similar to another fun fair, which is located in Tokyo, it is called: Joypolis

But, in Dubai, the name of this giant, two-storeyed entertainment-complex will be: Sega Republic. Its coverage will be about 76.000 square meter. As i mentioned yet, this theme park will be built in the heart of the opulent Mall. Visitors can chose among 3 amazing sections. First one is the Speed-Zone, it is for those who are nuts about hyper jumper style.

segahu.jpgThe second one can be treated as a sports department, its name is Sports-Zone, and the last but not least, the third one will be a hall, with some kind of futuristical effects, its name is: Hall of the Creator. I just speculate, but I think this room will be the place which fulfils desires of the tired sega gamers, where they can relax, and brace themselves to sign up in therapy, to can easily give up notorious obsession.

I think, visitors prefer roller coasting than therapy, therefor i believe architects have to make a commitment and build a huge hilarious and hippy-trippy colourful roller coaster, not this shack :) but, appreciate man, cheers.

Drinking fountain in the desert? Not at all

Can you still able to remember Persian Gulf crisis in the early 90'?

But, in another aspects, the Dubai's Persian Gulf project will be a grandious smashing design-innovation in the history of mankind. Because this new enterprise is trying to build the biggest fountain all over the World.

Especielly with lots of laser show, man, If UFO-s really exist, they must see everything, thus they ought to come there and have fun with these guys, and tourist.

After saw these pictures, I was completely convinced that these people don't want to remember for the fierci fires, and death, their project wants to be happy to be alive, and wants to celebrate of the effizient of mankind. The fountain is said to be the largest and tallest in the world, costing around $281 million. Just for comparativeness: this sum is roughly equal the pensions expenditures of (GDP proportionate) the Hungarian Budget in 2008. Vanzen:) In order to power the huge fountain, the designers will be implementing pumps capable of shooting columns of water approximately 450 or so feet into the dry Middle Eastern air.
Henceforth, I insist on sitting and smileying with my Dear girlfriend under these .. thing, and paralyzing, if i bring her to it, i will be the biggest man for her, but i have to watch myself, 'cause the babbling, avoiding the pee is practical if i want some action in other comfy place with her. :)

Off We Go to Fairy-Fairy-Fairytail, am i right?

At this time I would try to revise my opinion in connection with the situation, the amazing and amusing circumstances in Dubai. Lets first with a point: its fairytale is ont he point of Earth where the climate is very hot, perchance i have to say: unbearable for lots of people. But those citizens live in Dubai are very tenacity, and have got a bid fair imagines about the future of this area.

If You think about the present world economy situation, as You take a view on the surgeoning oil prices, you have to make a consequence: Dubai will be in bigger blossom in the near future, in spite of attributes of its dreary space.

According to Géza Németh’s newest book (~The World is too big~) the welfare is very volatile and its outlook is very unpredictable from numerous reason.

If we would like to understand the meanings the mentioned standpoint, we have to go back in mind for the roots of United Arabian Emirates. Firstly, the well-known formation of the UAE came to the fruition in 1971 in the course of making alliance among Al Fuyajrah, Ajman, Ash Sharikah, Ras al Khaymah, Umm al Qaywayn, as well as Abu-Dhabi and Dubai. By the way, neither these area nor some other didn’t come through the colonization process in the XVI. century. Portugese were the first on these region, who levied tax, quotas, and customs on ships circument between Persian Gulf and India.

Initially inhabitants had been doing pearl fishing, but after years the pearl fully lost its value, depreciated. Due to this process, they became unemployment stricken people, faced widen with poverty. Discovering the oil in Gulf was the great cusp. Sheik of Abu-Dhabi made concession for brittish, to begin the oil extraction in 1939, but they didn’t find any oil. The oil extraction could begin (and its export) in bigger scale in 1962. It seems its effect were huge, we can say, the developing effects happened overnight.

Dubai is the only one who doesn’t thank its welfare for oil extraction among countries formed UAE. Dubai’s oil export contributes with 6% to GDP. But, the upcoming question is: What the heck is going on Dubai? Dubai’s welfare grounds on its free trade zones, its harbors which are provided with wide logistic apparatus, its banking-system, and of course: turism. I have been posting many times about the huge, unbelievable enterprises which are going in Dubai (SkyMall, and so on).

People in Dubai don’t working (i mean it for citizens), they always get a certain volume of dirham from government (about 3000$). But, in generally, gaining citizenship is impossible. More than 80% of People living in Dubai are foreigners.

When we drive over on bumphump, I can’t think any other stuff only „jesus christ, they are really reach, if it is possible, i might go down to Dubai for any work, even if it’d be a speed bump”. But, Géza Németh added: due to the terrible climate he must be die in days.

I add: i dont think so :) has to be the money, gold for what my anatomy, my organizm will survive even if i have to cope with 50C in the shade.

Mission: Jobseeking in Dubai

I don't know whether you are just starting or have been in the Dubai Job Search dilemma. But there are a few common things that every job seeker has to go through. See whether below are familiar to you:

- There are thousands of Dubai jobs advertised, but you did not get a job yet. Perhaps, for months you may have been searching for a job.

- You have applied for many jobs, but you are not getting any response from the recruitment agent or the employer.

- You are in Dubai and sick and tired of going door to door because the common response is “ we do not have any vacancies”. The HR department is not even reading your resume.

- Perhaps you are just starting the job search and don’t know from where to start.

Perhaps you may have seen hundreds of vacancies published by job agents in Dubai. The truth is some of them are fake vacancies. Some agents are publishing fake ads to enhance their image. Do you want to waste your time and money by applying and following-up these fake vacancies? I am sure you don’t. Keep on reading….

Desert, I assert: Canaan

By and by i have to write, I have been dealing with this wondrous and simultaneously intresting "enterprise" for one year. Lets celebrate - i'd say, but it must be over my self-depreciation lifestyle.

As the matter stand, im still in the believe this place should be one of the speciel area in the World, where the human developement, research and the environment-friendly discipline can meet at the same time.Where people could live in harmony and in a certain extent peace with the nature, where the environmental-awareness ecology systems could develope, and blossom.Nowdays, when the curde, oil prices are on record high level - especiel if we take a long backview to the oil-crisis in '73 or '78-79 - the gasoline is getting more expensive than that time.

Our planet provides big opportunities for us, but we don't offer for him in some decent way chance. Hundreads of nations are living with greater ecological-foot than the Earth could provide. The water, the food, the meat, meal, and so on, not to talk about it so long...
We are among of the climate change mechanism, we have to face the aroused and enormous problem in the whole history of the people-dormed planet.

Let take for instance the megainvestment in Dubai, which is taking place in the near future. Its acre, oh, i cant say it, write it: 82 quadratkilometer, its name is: Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens. What the future has in store my liebe readers? This giga investment is state-owned, in part. According to their alleged plan, the new garden will be covereged by park, in 74-75%. On the rest of area, they are planning to build "House of Nature", and surround of this building will be - among others - leisure-industry, park, zoo, research centre.A science centre will also build, with a compelling university library, and mosque. And those building which will be involved in trading sector, will be located around these spectacles (eq. banks, business warehouse, and so on). Last one but not least, "House of human being" will home for museum, or UNICEF.

If the answear is "no", i have to call your attention on from this time ( hence) you needn't go to Venice to see similar buildings around water-road, canals. From this time, this all can be also familiar from Dubai. Why am i saying that? These pictures will persuade you.

Two-world to the World

A very interesting alleged move on will take a place in the near future, because a duo formed by Mostafa Amr and Orsi Pflum is going to move on Dubai from the little and opened economy, Hungary.
It will be a big challange, because the arabian world is basically not so similar to the traditional hungarian lifestyle, including the musician life. The duo is about to make a decision which tranquil part of Dubai will be the superb for each other. Orsi, the hungarian singer, has been coping with the idea of moving out. She added initially she won't sing in arabian, but she is on the way to obtain the language skills.

If they don't go there, I won't be sad, im inclined the think that we had better not to support powerfully this idea, i think Dubai can be famous, and can sparkling without the fledgling singsong people.

look at this picture, i can't stop enchanting...

Dollarization?

Let me share with You a relatively new information which is whispered by a few blogger and business hyena.

This is about dubai's legal tender, according to this alleged and whispered plot Dubai will issue its own currency, Dubai dollar, in order to provide a safe mechanism and to stay clear of the USA dollar's crach. In the course of this, they are able to get their invested money denominated in dollar stream out from banks located in USA and place it in a newly founded arabian banks in dubai dollar. It is just a rumor, especielly an assumption, we have to be cautios with this, we do not rank it high.

As far as i'm concerned, I think this will not exist, as i gathered some information, this meaningless theory stems from multimarketing system, installed in Dubai.

Which was one-time Dreamed, Dubai Make It Happen

I am continuiously about to seek the newest development which
is betiding in Dubai. Because I believe that We are just ahead of the heyday of Dubai, the "breakers ahead", We have to wait
Dubai's truth face, However this ingratiating face has under a very
compelling developing year by year.

Now, I have found an other unconventional idea whis is called
City of Arabian. This newest genuine developement is in fact a shopping mall, entertainment centre, and - and now fasten seatbelts! -
a Dinosaur Park. Noble. Hence, We will could walk among
dinosaurs i.e T-Rex and the biggest tree on Earth, with the aim
to disclose how brave and tenacity are we?

We will not be defeated by no means, because this adorable little
bloody devils are machines, therefore they will never eat our
bodypart in default mode.

Spiffy, isn't it?
